zanox opens global incubator in Berlin to develop fresh online marketing talent, launches “Monetization 2.0” contest
Global leader unveils campus designed to be a central meeting point and European bridge to
Silicon Valley and kicks off start-up competition for one million Euros
New York, New York – May 27 – zanox, one of the leading global networks for
performance-based online marketing, today announced the company has opened the zanox Global
Alliance Partners (GAP) Campus in Berlin, the European city of start-ups. The GAP Campus will serve
as a central meeting point in zanox for publishers and developers. Designed to be a Think Tank of
modern Web business models and serve as a bridge to projects and partners in Silicon Valley, zanox
has invested in the GAP Campus to support new online talent and the development of innovation.

start-ups and affiliates, Berlin is the ideal location for the Campus where we will share our

At the Campus opening on May 21, 200 VIP guests were presented with an inspiring atmosphere
and opening panel discussion on “Monetization 2.0” with Dr. Mathias Döpfner, CEO of Axel Springer,

Campus is now available for events, projects and training sessions, and will to open to all members
of the global alliance.
In addition to the new Campus, zanox also announced the kick-off of a start-up contest being
held in conjunction with the M&A advisory company, Corporate Finance Partners. The winning
enterprise will be awarded an investment of one million Euros for the best monetizing application
based on zanox Campus Web services. Business models should include widgets or other Web 2.0
