multichannel commerce, has appointed seasoned executive Michael Hines as president of its United
States operation. Michael brings many years of global sales and marketing experience to zanox and a
track record in steering early-stage companies through rapid growth. The appointment signals the
company's focus on the US market as a strategic hub of its global network.
Michael brings a wealth of online and offline marketing and organizational growth experience
that will be invaluable to zanox and its clients. As the online marketing industry continues to

Over the course of his career, Michael has worked with some of the world's leading brands,
including Adidas, Hewlett-Packard, Marriott, Nike, Pepsi, Timberland, Toshiba and Toyota. His
experience includes three years as senior vice president of web development at online marketing
agency Proxicom, recently acquired by iCrossing. He gained his international business experience
through a two-year engagement with Alterna, a financial software company based in Europe. Prior to
Alterna, he served as senior vice president of sales and marketing at direct response firm
ClientLogic and helped grow the company to $400m revenue and a presence in 13 countries in just two
years. Earlier in his well-rounded career, Michael worked in marketing at Pepsi, was VP of client
services for the MDC Group and spent six years in business consulting at MH International.
