zanox Appoints New Vice President of Advertiser Sales for North America
Christopher Dessi to head up zanox U.S. sales from its newly opened New York
office
Chicago, IL – February 19, 2008 – zanox, global market leader in performance-based
multichannel commerce, continues its rapid growth in the U.S. by opening a New York office and
appointing Christopher Dessi as vice president of advertiser sales. Dessi will be responsible for
overall leadership of the U.S. sales organization. zanox offers advertisers access to its global
affiliate network with more than one million sales partners in nearly 200 countries around the
world.
Dessi most recently served as director of national advertiser sales for AzoogleAds, Inc., and
has held several senior leadership roles in the online industry, including Responsys, Inc. and
Mediaplex, a division of ValueClick.
Prior to joining zanox, Dessi earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Loyola College in
Maryland and launched his career at Time, Inc.’s Book of the Month Club. During his tenure there,
he earned a Master of Science in Direct Marketing from New York University.
