Advertiser limitations
The partner will not place hyperlinks on websites/pages within websites that in particular include, associate with, or are thought to be connected to by links, the following contents: politics, eroticism, pornography, weapons, violence - particularly the glorification of violence, drugs, criminally liable contents - especially indignities, and generally illegal contents or those that violate the rights of third parties.
Ensuing from our general price strategy, it is not possible to grant rebates through third parties outside of QVC. Inasmuch as the following and similar advertising claims contradict this strategy, their use is to be discontinued immediately:
- "Cheap QVC products"
- "Rebates on QVC products"
- "Discounts from QVC"
- "Price savings from QVC"
- And comparable statements.
Should you desire to grant your customer a bonus/rebate in any form, then you must clearly and unequivocally state that this bonus/rebate is only being granted from you personally and not by QVC and that the redemption of such bonuses or rebates will be handled exclusively through your company and not through QVC.
Indirect bonus/rebate systems via bonus points are still permitted.
We would like to thank you, as appropriate, in advance for your prompt response. We will be compelled to punish forbearance of this advertising guideline with exclusion from the program.
Additional conditions for participating in the QVC partner program
Due to the right of return guarantee that QVC grants to every customer, the rescission period is extended from 14 days to one month.

Once you’ve registered with zanox (register with zanox as a publisher), you’ll gain instant access to the entire range of programmes our user interface has to offer. You can even search and filter these according to your own specific criteria. It is recommended that you select affiliate programmes offering something which is relevant to your own site. For example, if your website deals with domain name registration, look for affiliate programmes related to the same topic. Think about website hosting, webmaster tools and software, website templates, and so on. In the zanox marketplace, finding suitable programmes for your website has become even easier.
