All results and findings are based on facts and data from the zanox network, reflecting insights, trends and developments in m-commerce and mobile consumer behavior in Europe.
Not only the amount of mobile phones and tablets increases year-by-year, but also the revenue generated via these devices hits new heights every year. Causton has more than 13 years of experience in the European internet industry. Born in Great Britain, she most recently worked in the start-up metropolis of Berlin as a freelance project and product manager for, among others, the Global Leads Group, Wimdu, 9flats.com and i-ways. As Director of Product Management, Causton will be responsible for all product development at zanox in the future and report directly to zanox CTO, Christian Rebernik. Show more

zanox appoints Michael von Stern to the executive board as CFO/COO - Von Stern succeeds Joachim Piroth as CFO

Berlin, 19 December 2013 – zanox, the leading performance advertising network in Germany and across Europe, appoints Michael von Stern (45) to the executive board of the zanox Group as its new Chief Financial and Operating Officer (CFO/COO), with effect from 1 January 2014. Von Stern comes from zanox's majority stakeholder, Axel Springer SE, where he established and headed the Commerce division, and to which, among other companies, the zanox Group also belongs. A qualified engineer, he previously worked for the international strategy consultants, A.T. Kearney, for a venture capital company, and as CFO/COO of the current zanox subsidiary, eprofessional. As Chief Financial Officer of zanox, Michael von Stern succeeds Joachim Piroth (47), who leaves zanox's executive board team at the end of 2013. Show more

zanox acquires performance display provider, metrigo - Expansion and internationalisation of the Real-Time Advertising range

Berlin, 21 November 2013 – zanox, the leading performance advertising network in Germany and Europe, strengthens its commitment in the Real-Time Advertising market and acquires a majority stake in the performance display provider, metrigo. Founded in Hamburg in 2011, metrigo provides integrated solutions for data-driven and targeted display advertising on a Real-Time Bidding basis. The founders and managing directors of metrigo, Tobias Schlottke, Christian Müller and Philipp Westermeyer, will remain in charge of the further development of the company. On the zanox side, Martin Rieß, as zanox Country Manager DACH, will take up a position in the expanded executive board of metrigo. Through its takeover of metrigo, zanox will further accelerate the expansion and internationalisation of its new "zanox Performance Display" product segment. Show more
