The zanox marketplace aims at creating the highest level of transparency for all partners on the zanox network. By displaying key performance indicators (KPIs) for each programme listed on the Programme Directory, publishers can easily find attractive programmes. Compelling KPIs are a unique opportunity for you to market your programme and to motivate publishers to work with you.
The zanox marketplace displays the following KPIs for each of your programmes listed on the Programme Directory:
Conversion rate: The conversion rate is an indicator of how well your programme converts clicks into sales and leads.
Confirmation rate: The confirmation rate helps publishers calculate the revenue they will earn with your programme.
Approval time: The approval time indicates the average time you take to approve sales and leads.
EPC: The EPC shows publishers the average commission they will earn per click.
Payment time: Publishers want to be paid quickly for their efforts. A short payment time makes your programme attractive to publishers.
AdRank: The zanox AdRank is a measure for the commercial potential of your programme and ranges between 0 and 10.
Product data: Product data help publishers to better promote and sell your products. Content publishers are especially reliant on product data to update their shopping directories with the latest information on prices and products.
All KPIs are calculated once a day except for the AdRank, which is calculated on a weekly basis.
Use the Performance Tab on your Programme Profile page to view the KPIs that are currently displayed to publishers in the Programme Directory. The KPIs are displayed for each publisher segment as your programme performance may vary considerably across different segments.
If you feel your programme KPIs need to improve, we recommend that you contact your zanox account manager. Together with your account manager you can work on a strategy to improve the performance of your programme. Your account manager will be happy to provide advice.
